This was an excellent purchase. The more difficult parts of the bike were already put together, leaving the final parts pretty simple to complete. So far it has been very sturdy and there haven’t been any major issues. The only minor problem I’m having is the seat twists side-to-side, but it could be a result of something that I haven’t tightened. One bonus feature that you can’t see in the picture is there are little glitter sparkles in the paint that shine when in the sunlight. My little girl saw that and was ecstatic.

This bike is perfect for my 7 year old! He absolutely loves it. We put the seat all the way down so plenty of room to grow. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took less than an hour. The only thing I would say is shifting back down is a little tough, but he is still able to do it and doesn¡¯t seem to be an issue for him. We haven¡¯t used it enough yet to comment on wear, but the price was right and so far we are very satisfied with this bike. Don¡¯t hesitate to buy sooner than later, it seems bicycles are already selling out quickly with spring weather being just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this purchase!

Purchased this 6 speed 20″ ouloo Mountain Bike for my grandson for his birthday. Assembly was not hard with an instruction booklet that came with the bike. Tools I used was two crescent wrenches, flat and Phillip screwdrivers and a large plier. The plier was used to aligned the front brake caliper that was welded offlined. I gave the bike four stars for this reason. It is a solidly made bike with Shimano shifters. Happy that it was shipped by ouloo to his doorstep.

I usually don’t give 5 stars but this product deserve it. I must say that I only went out a couple of times in trails that are not demanding so my rating may be premature but all components are working well and I have a good feeling about quality. I am using mountain bike since when they first came out 30 years ago, I felt I didn’t need disc brake because, unless you buy quality you only open the door to trouble and maintenance. This is a technology that you don’t need unless you run competitive races. You don’t need back suspension unless you do jumps or downhill specialties. The back suspension absorb your kinetic energy when you push in the pedals. This is the best bike for your money if you start or for occasional demanding rides.

Assembly: it’s not bad but the wheels were unassembled, getting the front wheel on was hard so I had to remove the front breaks (not that I use em)
Make sure the handle bars are on TIGHT TIGHT because it will fall forward.
The Seat: Had to buy a new one. The one they gave me was falling off regardless of how tight I was on. Not only that but it is UNCOMFORTABLE.
Performance: I’m not a gear bike guy but being able to shift gears and tighten the peddles at my own strength is amazing.
She’s handled 25 miles of on of biking so I hope she’ll go more.

WATCH YOUR WEIGHT !!
I bought this bicycle to loose some weight. I am 5′ 4″ and 188lb. When I sit the downfork on the front of the bicycle collapsed to the wheel. I guess the limit is much lower than 200lb. I am not sure can I ride this bicycle. I only tried it at home.

I bought this for my husband so we can ride together with our sons. It¡¯s easy to assemble but some parts are quite tricky especially the seat. It easily gets tilted so sometimes feel uncomfortable to sit on.

Bought this bike in Denver whilst on a visit. US prices from bike shops are very high. This is more in line with UK prices. Easy to assemble, nice ride.

Took about 30 mins to assemble. I did have to adjust the detailed screws a bit to get all gears to work but it was pretty easy to do. Overall my kid loves it. It¡¯s quite light vs my other sons CCM bike of the same size.

I purchased this bike to pick up a hobby to help me quit smoking and couldn’t be happier. Arrived earlier than expected and was easy to assemble. The first weekend I rode it 3.5 miles & 8.9 miles, I figured out where to make adjustments and how / when to shift gears (it’s been over 24 years since I was on a bicycle). The only downside for me was the bike seat (the seat that came with it made my but sore after about 6 miles) and was a little rough going over bumps and cracks in the road (but that was due to a higher tire pressure). After ordering a new seat (I recommend the Everlasting Comfort Ventilated Bike Seat Cushion) and trying out different tire pressures it rides very well. My second weekend of having it I rode it 3 days in a row of 20-25 miles a day and my distance was only limited because I ran out of water. My legs feel like spaghetti (but I’m good with that) and my butt feels fine and found a few more things to tweak / tighten on the bike and installed a third water bottle mounted to my handle bars.

Definitely follow the video!!! Makes it super easy to build. If you follow the video as you build you can be done in 30 minutes with pausing the video at certain points. Great bike.

I would recommend this bike to anyone who wants a great value. The bike is well made and looks nice and the price is well worth it. Unfortunately my bike had some shipping damage. The fork was bent when we took it out of the box. I contacted Hiland and they told me to get the fork replaced and they would refund the total. That is just what happened. I highly recommend the purchase of this bike and rest assured that if there is any shipping damage they will take care of you.

I bought this bike as a present for someone that is 1200 miles away from me so I haven’t actually seen the bicycle. However, I have been told that it is of very good quality and was easy for one person to assemble by herself.

I believe for the price point, this bike is great and what I was looking for. I gave them 5 stars because when I received the bike the derailleur hanger was bent. OULOO’s Customer Service was very responsive and worked with me quickly and effectively to get the repairs completed by a local bike shop. OULOO reimbursed me for the expenses and now bike works great. Great company and appreciate them standing behind their product!

Got this bike a couple weeks ago and it was delivered earlier than expected which was great. Assembly was easy to follow with the video the company gave I would however recommend to double check all the parts to make sure they¡¯re tightly placed because the parts for me came loose on my first couple rides but with the right tools they were fine. The bike itself rides smooth and it¡¯s great for the price in my opinion.
