ou will like it. Swiftly ride across town pedalling with ease as you go. Slightly pedalling keeps it going without needing to hold down the go button on the handlebars. I carried this ancient student desk (see picture) 5 miles across town with no problem. I go farther than that for a month’s worth of groceries. This is a good answer to the auto as long as do not need to go at night AND as long as you do not need to go out when it is raining. Hey, retired guy, get one.

I had to contact support for some issues and found the support both through Amazon and directly to be very helpful as well as friendly. The unassembled Trike came in two boxes as the battery was shipped separately. The shipment, however, contained two left pedals and I had to purchase a new set locally.

This requires metric tools to assemble, just a little dent in one of the back fenders from shipping. back reflectors tend to loosen and fall off. as listed peddle assist is full throttle using a cadence sensor.which i didn’t bypass due to bad knee. definitely doesn’t go the actually 20 miles on hilly terrain.
You will NOT be able to tighten the handlebars without a 6mm allen wrench. The set i had was in inches. manual was not very helpful but the website that displays assembly video helped a ton, Manuel nor website helped in adjusting breaks and chain. Rear break is somewhat complicated to adjust properly.

Bought for my 90 year old father, he loves it and rides it for miles. Gives him independence and good exercise while not too stressful. The electric boost is great.

When putting it together take your time.It took me three days. Or about nine hours.only found one bolt missing. I have put about sixty miles on it and it work’s great. Only improvement I’ve made so fare is a mirror to see what’s coming behind me.

We had to buy a break line because the one sent was to short. The fender on the back wheel & front wheel has a dent on them. Scratches on the bike. Seat is way to hard.

Their support is really good. Got a new battery on time, as promised. I recommend this company and would use them again.
the instructions are a bit vague. ie; the LEDs for battery charge are on the handle bar, not the battery. there appear to be LEDs on the battery but they do not show the charge. there are parts included, such as the small metal spacers, but there is no where shown to put them. There is a bracket on the front but nothing appears to go on it.
Some sort if parts list would be nice to have so that I could buy spares.
It rides very nicely. We did buy a larger seat but that was our preference.

Overall a decent trike for the money at first my wife did not like it she did not feel safe on it because as soon as you go to takeoff peddling it kicks in at 100% power. It definitely has a learning curve and after writing it once or twice she has gotten comfortable on it. What they don¡¯t tell you is The battery ships separate and took an additional two weeks to get. Customer service seems to be a bit confused but seem to genuinely want to take care of us.
Just remember to hold on when It kicks in, we may get a seat with a back?!?

We like the bikes. but it was not easy to put together parts didn’t line up right. hat to tweak the parts to get it together. on one over the bike the battery kicks in after about a turn an a half when I want to pedal my self. it is fun we like riding them

The directions were not as good as they could be. Adjusting the brakes for instance. The bike let’s you use you muscles and motor on when need be

Very happy with this purchase as the manufacturer has used high quality materials in the construction of the 3 wheel electric bike. The Motor has good torque and top end speed. Battery has more than enough capacity for long distance travel.
However, the pedal assist could use improvement as it is not a real assist to pedaling but just an alternate accelerator to the top end level of power. On the positive side, It is easy to disconnect the assist feature.

To make the bike easy to ride you must remove the switch mounted below the crank. Other than that the bike works great.

The bike was delivered on time with all the parts. It took about 5 hours to assemble but I had some trouble with the breaks, so I had to take it to a local shop to finish off. If you have all the proper tools and are good with your hands, this bike is a good value.

Trike met my expectations except for:
Compartment for battery is not large enough to accept battery. Had to remove track that battery slid onto and also grind off part of battery case to get it to fit.
Also owners manual leaves a lot to be desired.
Low quality seat, too small.
If you are mechanically inclined you can figure out how to assemble but don¡¯t count on instructions.
Bike has plenty of power and handles nice.
