Shipping Damage
We do our best to ensure a great experience for all our customers, however, sometimes shipping/handling and other factors may negatively impact the products we offer. We apologize for this.
According to our warranty, shipping damage must be reported to OULOO eBikes within 14 days of the shipment’s arrival. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories. We will replace any parts deemed damaged in transit.
Please send a photo of the broken/damaged item you received to our support team. We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
