Controller check

Once you have access to the controller, check each wire to see that everything is fully seated, fully connected, and that the pins and wires are not damaged.

 

This would involve unplugging each connection, checking the pins, and reconnecting. Make sure each wire is fully inserted into the plastic connector. Be sure to check the wires connected to the controller board. This is the board removed when replacing the controller; it is attached to the frame with 4 Phillips head screws.
